  • using samsung galaxy s7
  • managed to add original flic buttons to hub, and get IR transmitter working
  • flic 2 buttons flash red twice and then nothing
  • flic button is being recognized by my phone I believe as new devices show up on the bluetooth list when I click button, but somehow the app does not find them

    Please attempt to pair to phone without hub, then go to settings in the app and press Submit Bluetooth log. Then we can have a look.

    Remember to keep your flic pressed for at least 7 seconds while you pair it.

    I'm having this same problem.

    Attempted to connect Flic2 to Hub and phone for at least an hour now.

    Button is blinking red when pressed. Battery was at 88% last time I checked.
    I removed if from everywhere it could be paired.
    I tried removing and inserting the battery.
    ...and holding 10s when battery is just inserted to reset.
    I tried restarting the Hub and turning BT on phone on/off.
    Same behavior from button, no luck on connection.

    Now I cannot find any other suggestions out there. What to do??

    I do try hold it for 10 seconds and then try add it again but no luck.

Do you press and hold down the button for at least 10 seconds while you try to add it to the hub? What's the error message? Does it work to add the Flic 2 to the phone?
