I have recently purchased a flic 2 hub & button set.

I have been playing around with homekit uses. What I would like to happen is when a flic button is pressed homekit sends my iphone a IOS alert. I can do this with a hue motion sensor through the home app but cant find a way to do this with the flic button.

Best guess this is simply not possible but maybe I am wrong or maybe the flic developers have this in the pipeline?

Many Thanks

Dan

Apple probably thinks it's useful for motion sensors to send iOS notifications, but not for physical buttons I guess. There's nothing we can do about that.
