I want to turn on both my tv and onkyo amplifier. The amplifier always works every time, but the tv sometimes works on a IR signal, sometimes it doesn’t.

When recording IR signals, it also records a different IR signal every time.

As it’s sometimes working and sometimes not, the tV and amplifier are getting out of sync.

Any suggestions?
