Is it possible to connect a philips bluetooth bulb and / or lightstrip to the Flic LR Hub without the Philips Hub. I'd rather only have one hub.

All I want to do is switch my smart lights on and off without too many hubs etc. I know there are other suppliers out there but I like the look of the old school bulbs philips do so wanted a couple of those connected to my flic hub.
