Sometimes, the buttons work instantly. But more often, they lag, ranging from about 0.5 seconds to several seconds. The latency seems to be in communicating with the Hub, because when I push the button while watching the Flic app, the animation itself is delayed.

All the buttons are in rooms with good wifi coverage (my Philips Hue bulbs work instantly when I operate them from my phone). So I don't think that's the issue.

Is my hub defective? Is there something I can do to improve this latency?
