When I press/double press/hold button #1 nothing happens even though I've set up routines with it (Alexa). When I press button #2 all of suddle the routines that would previously execute have been combined with button #1. What is causing this and how do I fix it?

I have multiple buttons but one is not triggering an Alexa routine when pressed despite LEDs being active:

• The Alexa routine will trigger if I select 'execute' in the Flic app
• The routine will 'play' in the Alexa app if I trigger it manually

This is only happening with one button, the rest function normally.
