when I press the button I do hear the 'ping' of the flic app on my tablet so I'm fairly sure the 'command' has been sent and received but that Media Monkey doesn't respond

The as of now very old app doesn't work anymore, due to a certificate that has expired. Please use the latest app, that unfortunately isn't compatible with such an old iOS version.

I'm also seeing similar, the Wink provider connects but shows 0 shortcuts available. Looking forward to the firmware update to fix this and return Flic+Wink functionality.

I have same problem. Will and can Flic Guys solve this?

You can control it, but for now it appears under the "Lights" category.
