Flic not working with Glympse

I have everything set up on my flic and running except for one item. . .Glympse. I have added Glympse from the Communication category, set the duration, added the name, and added email recipients. I execute and get message invite sent, but invite never reaches destination. If I use same email from Glympse app works just fine. It is just from the Flic button that it isn't working.
Glympse support said since it worked from the app there is nothing they can do and to reach out to Flic. So that is what I am doing. Anyone have any ideas about what I missed?
