Since latest IOS update. No flics found and cannot add a new one either

Since latest IOS update, My flics say "out of range"... Replaced battery and still nothing... Updated to latest version of the flic app... Still "out of range" For experimentation, I tried to add a new Flic and it times out... The latest IOS update broke Flic... Please help
