Sending Wi-Fi commands to the Flic Hub

Are there any specific string commands that takes button name, hub name, and action, like control the hub through Wi-Fi and without using any flic button and configure the click through the phone?
Example "AT- ButtonName={Button name}&?HubName={Hub name}&?Action={Button action}" I send from a programmed processor to a Hub through TCP Server with IP address and Port.
I haven't received the device yet but I would like to get the code prepared before I receive.
