Sonos delay when music is already playing

Hi,
I've connected a Flic button to one of our Sonos speakers at our office. When music is already playing and I push the button it can take up to 20 seconds until the Flic-playlist start playing, but no delay when no music isn't already playing. As far as I know we haven't had this problem before and it is the same when I try with a different speaker. I tried connecting both the speaker and the hub with an ethernet cable instead of using wifi and it doesn't help. Does anybody have an idea what I can do?Thanks in advance.
