Flic shipment stolen, lost, or misdelivered

I need someone to help me.
I tried sending multiple emails to support@flic.io from various email addresses; no one is responding. I never recieved my "Flic 2 Mega Kit" and sticker sheet from my order (order #48556). Can someone from shortcut labs file a missing package claim with FedEx? Or at least followup with me on this?
