I must be so stpd can't figure out advanced clic twist

Any one using the click and twist advanced feature?

Please help me figure this out... It is not intuitive, at least to me. I just want to figure out the actual way of getting this to work consistently.

If I cannot get the click and twist to work. I have to click and twist, then twist... and some times click and twist then click and twist again to make the scene work... idk, it is just not consistent for me.
