I have a CURT Echo Bluetooth brake controller and CURT sells a flic based button to add manual control to the trailer brake.

I also have flic buttons and a flic hub and was wondering if I could use one of buttons i already have instead of buying the CURT specific one.

The CURT data sheet says the Echo button can also be used with other flic supported apps and products in addition to triggering the brake so I was hoping it would work with any flic.

Does anyone know if this is the case or am I stuck buying a proprietary device?

Can I migrate my current phone-based flics to the hub or do I have to reset and reconfigure them on the hub?
