    • we could not find this button our are servers.

I received two flick twists and a flick button yesterday. flick twister working well, but this button is not. Just to same time I’m literally going to copy and paste someone else on here that has had the same problems. I have tried all that he has tried. My error message is when pairing to my phone

It seems we could not find this button on our servers. Please contact support to resolve this issue. Please contact support and provide the following information:

      This the other guys Explanation

I have a flic hub with 5 buttons connected. I have been using these buttons successfully with Alexa to trigger routines. I received 3 more buttons today and set them up with my hub, I then added Alexa triggers to each of the button presses but no matter what I do, Alexa will not discover the buttons.

      So far I have:

      reset the hub
deleted the buttons and re-paired them
      reset my router
deactivated the alexa skill, started discovery, reactivated it and ran discovery again
deleted and reinstalled the flic app
After receiving some advice from the Flic subreddit, I attempted to pair the three buttons via bluetooth and found that each of them received the same error..

"It seems we could not find this button our servers. Please contact support to resolve this issue." followed by a code to provide support.

This happened with all three new buttons. I then attempted to pair my current buttons via bluetooth and they worked fine, they were also correctly identified by Alexa.

My assumption is that my buttons haven't been 'activated' and therefore are unrecognisable as Flic buttons via their server. They pair with my hub just fine but Alexa still doesn't recognise them.

I'd appreciate if someone from support can rectify this issue asap as my buttons which I already waited a month for are useless right now. Thank you in advance.
