I work at a retail store where these are sold and I know that Samsung phones before Galaxy S7 have a bluetooth bug where known devices are unable to connect. The solution is to go into settings>Apps/programs>all and find the bluetooth android service. Force stop the bluetooth service and reboot the phone. This should fix the connectivity problem.

Lost my Flic button
I bought a Flic button last week and got everything to work great with my smart home hub and my sonos systems! I was loving the Flic button had great plans for it... until I lost it 2 days after buying it. I hadn't had time to peel back the adhesive and stick it where I wanted it so now its gone.
My question is if there is anyway to find it with my phone? When in the app it says "Out of range" on both my phone and my girlfriends. Does it go into some kind of rest mode until you click it or what?
I miss my Flic so much...
