will the flic hub support real time pushes to IFTTT?

is there a way to increase the IFTTT response time

I have set up a test IFTTT applet to turn a light on and off, but after click it takes up to a hour to actually turn the light on or off, is this normal or am I missing something?

I am testing setting up IFTTT to turn a light on witha click, it never happens, but if I click the check now in IFTTT it then does the amount of click that were queued up, so my question is how quick is the response time supposed to be, if I click the button a hour later the lights go on? am I missing something?
