This is now resolved.

I want to set up a Flic button so that when I click it my Alexa device tells me my solar production for example.

I have a GivEnergy skill on Alexa, if I say to Alexa "echo, ask GivEnergy what my solar production is today?" It will tell me. But if I add a routine and under action choose customised and type "ask GivEnergy what my solar production is today", when I click the Flic button Alexa responds that it doesn't understand. I can do an action instead to open the GivEnergy skill but I can't then add a customised command after to ask it any questions, the option is greyed out..... any ideas?
