Hey there everyone!
So I have 6 flic 2 buttons that connect to alexa and everything was running great until about 3 weeks ago when all of a sudden all the buttons stopped running the alexa routines. The app is picking up the clicks but not running the alexa routines which control my lights. I was wondering if anyone has experience this issue? Its just strange that they all have stopped and not just the one. I contacted support but they were no help and told me that my products my just be faulty. When I've owned them for at least 2 years now.
