On my Android phone there is a Flic App called:
Categories > Phone Control > Open Browser

This opens Chrome and does exactly what I need it to. I need this same app on iPhone but it's not listed. For my custom HTML5 application I need Chrome because Open Safari won't work for some reason. I also tried Advanced > Internet Request but that didn't work either on iPhone. Any ideas? My HTML5 app needs the Flic button to refresh the browser when you click it. It uses SSL, geolocation and application cache.
