One of my Flic gen 1 buttons is somehow stuck showing a constant red light.
I havent used it for a year or so. When I wanted to use it again the battery was dead so I replaced with a new battery. Now it is just showing a constant red light.
The button is greyed out in the app.
I also tried removing the button in the app and tried adding it again. It is not recognized.
I have tried holding the button for 10-20 seconds but nothing happens.
Is there another way to do a factory reset?
