How to get flic 2 button support
Hi - I have several flic 2 buttons, and one stopped working. I submitted a ticket online last week and they responded telling me to change the battery, which I did and still did not fix the issue. The button will not pair and only flashes red (so I think this one is now defective). I can’t get any further response from them when I let them know the above. I then forwarded that email string to this support email address but haven’t heard back yet: email@example.com
Am I doing the right thing to get support? Just a bit frustrated at a lack of response/follow-up and want to know how to handle. Thanks.
