@hello_marley , I have talked to their support. They say that they do not sell a tool to open their Flics, which is a shame because I have 2 of them that I can't get opened. I have even tried to use a pair of needle nose pliers and I still can't open them. I am dreading this because I have like 12 of them throughout the house and am just dreading having to throw them away when their batteries die.

Flic not responding
hello, I have opened a number of tickets to Flic Support since November, but they don't seem to be responding to any of my tickets. I have the Hub LR (2nd gen) and about 9 Flic 2 buttons. The Hub is connected to my HomeKit network. The buttons work normally and then all of a sudden, they stop working for like a few days to a week. I try to contact support, but with no answer and then they just start working again. I can go into the Flic app on my iPhone, expand the Hub section and see all my Flics. When I press, double press or long press a button, I can see the corresponding button in the flic app animate. I can also go into the Home App, open the button and again, when I single, double or long click the button, the appropriate action in the Home App animates. If Flic support does not answer questions, where do we go next for support?

weird issue, flic's through hub stopped working with HomeKit
I was able to setup and configure everything back in March without any issues. It was one of the easiest platforms to integrate in to my smart home.
However, yesterday, things stopped working. Single press, double press and long press on all of my Flics are not performing the tasks assigned in HomeKit. When I go into the Flic app and view the Flics through the assigned hub, I see them shake when you press the button on them. When I go into HomeKit and I try the various press combinations, the action highlight correctly. When I open each action and tell HomeKit to test the action, it works fine.
It's kind of mind boggling, everything looks like it should be working, however, pressing the Flics does not trigger the actions assigned.
