New Flic LR hub and IR issue

Hello, I received new flic LR hub and have problem with IR accessory - I can save IR command, but executing of the command does not work (nothing happends), with previous hub it worked fine.
Could you help me with that? -
Hi, thanks for the info, I tried it with different remote control and it works. Problem was with original remote control and with the fact that it had worked fine with previous version of the hub. Therefore I expected it would work also with LR hub and did not try other remote controls.

Hi. Are you trying this with just one device/remote controller or have you tested different ones?
What you also could do while recording is to try to turn off all lights in the room or make it dark in case there is any interference with the IR signal.
