Delayed and conditional actions from the hub

I have to things that are either not implemented or I haven't found them:

Turn off lights (or basically any action with a delay). It seems astonishing that this is not possible with the HUB LR.
Conditional actions: In my example it would be if a certain light is on, do option A, if it's off do option B.

Am I missing something or is this simply not possible?

Hi. I don't know what you mean with "turn off lights", because you certainly can. If you use the Android app, you can set a delay for an action. The option is not available on iOS (no good reason, we just haven't implemented the UI for it).
We don't have any "conditional actions", but we have Toggle where it makes sense for most actions (turn off light if it's on, turn on light if it's off).
