Flic has become unusable

So, having had several flic's working well controlling Sonos and using IFTTT routines, last six months, the buttons havent been used. No matter what I do, the flic can not see my Sonos speakers, despite them being on the same WiFi network. There seems to be very little help available even in this community. I even tried to cut out the Sonos issue and connect the Spotify service, just as useless too, very dissappointing.
Has anybody else found issues connecting to the services that mean they can no longer be used?
