Error 500 when trying to enable HomeKit
-
I'm trying for a few days already to connect the buttons to HomeKit. Whenever I trigger the "Enable HomeKit" switch, I get a dialog about walking through the process and then an Error 500 without any further explanation. Did a few reset cycles, logout/login, app delete, app re-install etc. but so far no luck.
What can I do to make this work / where can I see more about that "Error 500"?

It was an issue at our backend. It was fixed at 13:50 UTC today.

@patrickheneise Weird -- I dowloaded the Sonos app, clicked through the Bluetooth and LAN dialogs, then went back to the Flic app and it worked perfectly. Not sure how long that would have taken me to figure out myself. Thanks!

I managed to solve it.
What's missing is the "Local Network" permission (in Settings->Privacy). I did a reset of the hub and re-installed the Flic App. After updating the firmware etc., I added "Sonos" to the providers (should work even if you don't have a Sonos system), then finally the permission dialog came up to "allow local network access". Once that's approved, HomeKit worked as well.

I’m afraid I can’t provide any assistance as I am experiencing the same problem. I’m using a 2A power supply, and factory reset the Hub LR, but when I flip the HomeKit switch it almost immediately fails with HTTP error 500. I’ve been trying for a couple of hours now. The hub has a network connection on both wifi and Ethernet (my router sees it easily), and there is no problem with the Bluetooth connection between my phone or the Flic buttons.
