Trigger phone action with hub connected button

I need to trigger an action on a remote phone by clicking a button that is connected to a hub. Please help.

@emil Thanks for answering. I'd like to know if I can perform any action on a phone of choice by using a hub-connected flic. My first project is to play a sound on a phone that's out of bluetooth range and therefore can't be connected directly to the flic button.
