Button in standby mode reporting low battery but has not.

The button is set in standby mode and the flic app reports the button has low battery but the flic2 button has full strength battery. I have seen others reporting on unexpected standby mode but no solution from flic reps. Button is not paused or disconnected, it is just grated out and filed as Standby.
Please any flic rep answer this.

That means the button is not connected to the device. Does the Flic light up when you press it with fade in-out? That means it's advertising and waiting for someone to connect. If that happens and you want to connect it to the phone, the phone's Bluetooth might have hung, so please reboot it.
