When I try to pause/play anything playing on the Chromecast via Hub 2.0, It won't work and the Hub would reboot!

We have rewritten the Chromecast integration from scratch. We'll send out a new firmware update in the upcoming days. This should fix the isuse.

@Emil I also have problems with chrome cast support. when assigning any chrome cast actions to any button via LR hub -nothing happens and the hub crashes... tried the above. needs debugging

@Emil I tried removing the Chromecast device from the app and all associated actions and then add them back again, but that didn't work.
Then I tried to hard reset(by pressing the button between 10-15 seconds) the Hub to its original firmware and the Chromecast actions will work again.
But after updating to the current firmware v2.0.19 the issue came back again!

@Emil I tried removing all chromecast actions. Went to the Chromecast provider and removed all chromecasts. Disabled the provider. Enabled the provider. Rescan for chromecasts. Add a new Chromecast action selecting the chromecast and configured play/pause. Execute - > rebooting. I have had this issue for months. Is there any way to debug?

Hi. It would be very nice if you could do a step by step description to reproduce the issue. We've heard some customers having the same issue but we don't know how to reproduce it. For others, it usually works again if you remove the Chromecast device from the app and all associated actions and then add them back again.
