      Hi there,

I have been a FLIC user for three years. I have two hubs. The product works great. Now I am implementing FLIC SDK. I like to be self sufficient, but despite my efforts and research I am stuck...

Issue: I cannot get into the SDK. Currently, I have a red dot next to both my FLIC hubs. Research indicates I need to update my hub.

I have researched the internet and found no available update guidance or process for updating the firmware

      Please help me.

@pinnace0 make sure you have activated sdk access in the hub settings while you are connected to the hub in our Android or iOS app. Also make sure you're not both connected to wifi and ethernet at the same time (this issue will be fixed in a future firmware).
