I have tried to connect an old Flic Hub that surfaced when moving. As far as I can remember, it was never connected before, but I might be mistaken.
When I try to add the hub, I get a "Yikes! Wrong credentials" error message (sometimes the connection times out instead). I know that the password is on the back. However, I am not prompted to enter a password.
Trying to factory reset doesn't seem to do anything.
The light seems to be constantly red if that helps.

      Any help would be appreciated.

@Emil Again, thank you for the quick response and help.
Yes, it is indeed an old device I'm trying to set up. Unfortunately, the above sequence did not seem to work. I connected it by cable, waited for a while, then attempted the 3-5 second reset. The light stays steady red, and the app receives the same error messages. Is there anything else that can be tried?

@idoygr It seems you have a super old beta hub. You should try to upgrade the firmware to the latest version. You must do that in two steps, first to version 1.0.0 and then to the latest one. To upgrade, make sure the hub is connected to Ethernet which provides internet connectivity. Then (after powered up, and at least two minutes after booted) press and hold the pin hole button for exactly 3-5 seconds (in that range) and release. It should start to blink then.
