Flic Bridge Providers not updated for over 4 years?

In the beginning the FLIC dream looked promising, buttons that can connect to an IOT in your home, and "providers" came out at a quick pace, but 4 years ago that stopped, there is not a single new providers!!!

I personally bought it for Lifx (local connection), but Lifx is dead, it only exists in USA , on the other hand Govee the biggest led replacement (after HUE) is still not supported (even though it has local connections (API))

Same for Shelly plugs and devices, they are very easy to connect to on a local lan, and it's one of the biggest companies in home automation , but FLIC does nothing with it.

And finally there is Somfy gateways (one of the biggest brands in europe to control stores/awnings/lights/etc..)
      This is also not supported.

So I wonder: is Flic wanting to die? waiting for another opportunist to come with a better alternative which is more up to date with it's providers that it can connect to?

        Hi,

One of the most recently added providers is the Matter provider. Matter is a common protocol that many devices now implement so that every manufacturer doesn't have to provide their own proprietary protocol.

Matter is supported by e.g. Govee and Shelly.
