Unfortunately since changing networks requires re-initialing the bulbs, it's hard to say if any of this is due to the latest LIFX firmware, or the change of WiFi provider, or some issue with the hub.
I have a second LR Hub which had never been set up with the LIFX bulbs, that also found only the same 2 bulbs (But did so from a different access point on the same WiFi network).
Later on when I tried again it's now seeing 4 bulbs.
All 8 of the bulbs are online, all of them can be controlled via LIFX Cloud (which is my fallback for now, but the increased latency from the Flic press is significant).
On the LIFX forums I see mention that bulbs running the new firmware might take longer to respond to network requests, I've not had a chance to see if there's any correlation between the devices that do and don't shut up.
