Hi! You can try the following steps:
Delete the Bluetooth pairing in your phone settings (if any) Delete the button from Flic app Factory re-set the button: remove the battery, wait like 10 seconds, then insert the battery while pressing the button at the same time and hold it in for ~15s and release.If that doesn't work please send us an email at support@shortcutlabs.com so we can help you out personally 🙂
