Flic Studio Hub ChatGPT plug in

Just a heads up, the ChatGPT plugin available in the Studio Hub isn't correctly referencing the Flic JS API Documentation. Had to include the API for ChatGPT to review and assist with some coding checks. Without it, it was providing inaccurate responses.

Flic app executes action (plays music) without button triggering the action

I have a Flic button (bought in May 2024) and the latest version of the Flic app for iOS. All three available actions (Push, Double Push and Hold) are configured to play a different song from Apple Music.

When I activate (wake up) the Flic button to connect it with my iPhone and wait for a couple of minutes, either the first song (single Push) or the song from the action that has last been triggered, starts by itself. Without any interferences, without the button being connected to multiple devices or vice versa. The Flic app executed the first action in the list or the (recently) last used action without trigger.

How is that possible? What further information would be necessary to debug this (as I assume that this is a bug in the app)?

Having a bad experience with my brand new Hub Mini and Duo

I've tried contacting support several ways, done as thorough online research as I can, and I cannot get my brand new Hub Mini/Flic Duo to work. I can set up the big button on the Duo but when I click on the small button it informs me that my hub needs a firmware update to unlock all features of the Duo. Proceeding leads to a brief "Downloading" page before it tells me my firmware is already up to date (4.4.3). After this, attempting to set the small button just restarts this and it loops.

I have tried kicking off the firmware update manually through settings and via the reset button on the Hub.

I have factory reset the hub and cleared the cache on my mobile app.

I have searched as thoroughly as I can for more information on this issue and have gotten nothing. The reddit for Flic is completely locked down with no new posts made in a year. The support email address recommended by a notification in this very forum has responded to tell me that I should use flic.io/support, but I have had no response there. This is looking more like a scam with every passing day.

I waited a full month for this to ship without complaining. Please help me.

Is there really no way to custom sort or alphabetize buttons in the hub?

Even if I remove, reset, and add button back they seem to be placed randomly. Some in the first spot, some in the last, some in the middle.

I got fed up with the way that Apple and the BBC refuse to play nice. I want to stream BBC radio stations through my HomePod. So I set up a flic to auto stream the radio from my mac to the HomePod. The steps are:
Open the BBC radio station URL in Music (e.g. itls://as-hls-ww-live.akamaized.net/pool_904/live/ww/bbc_radio_two/bbc_radio_two.isml/bbc_radio_two-audio=320000.m3u8) and add it to a playlist (e.g. "BBC Radio 2") Create a folder within plugins called PlayRadio2. Within that folder create an AppleScript called Radio2.scpt tell application "Music" play playlist "BBC Radio 2" set airPlayDevices to (get name of AirPlay devices) --returns a list of names set current AirPlay devices to AirPlay device (item 2 of airPlayDevices) --sets device to item 2 of list end tell Also create a config.json file containing { "pluginName": "Radio2", "pluginDescription": "Starts Playing Radio 2 and streams to HomePod Mini", "protocolVersion": 1, "actions": [ { "actionName": "PlayRadio2", "fileName": "Radio2.scpt" } ] } Reload plugins and off you go...
