Hi. After using the flic hub, I am no more able to choose my flic buttons in the IFTTT app. Is this a common and known problem or I am doing something wrong?

@oskar tried this, IFTTT still doesn't register clicks?! Please help, I'm £100 down and need IFTTT to do what I purchased them for.

@inmaterichard I have exactly the same issue. Please help. Only reason I brought the buttons was for use with IFTTT....

I'm able to see all my Flic hub buttons within IFTTT, however, it's doesn't work, IFTTT never sees the button pushed. I've run multiple tests and nothing seems to work. Any idea on what might be causing this?

Hey @oskar , your tip about re-adding the button worked! I can now see it in IFTTT. Thanks a lot!

                Hi!

Please follow this check list and let me know if this helped:

                • Make sure the Flic channel on ifttt.com is connected to the same account as used in the Flic app
                • Make sure the hub has Internet connection (check hub settings view and use the "test internet access"-button)
                • Try to delete a button from the hub and add it back
