Can't seem to get the confirmation E-Mail for my device manager account

Good morning,
since I've started working with flic there has been a small problem. When trying to make a new device manager account, I get the promptthat my account already exists. When I try to login with my account, it tells me the account hasn't been activated yet.
I've already tried resetting the password and sending a new confirmation E-Mail. For some reason, these e-mails aren't being sent to my inbox.
Does anybody know how I can solve this issue? The support on the main site is mainly for hardware related issues, that is why I am asking for help here.

@Emil The E-Mail isn't in my spam Folder and we checked if our Company Filter catches the E-Mail, which isn't the case either.
