      Hi,
I am using a Flic Twist with two Play:1. it worked perfectly until this morning. Volume was not working and also not start or pause music.
When I checked the flic hub, I saw the names of the speakers according to „Kitchen“ or „living room“.
I rebooted the Sonos and the hub but nothing changed. I deleted all entries in the hub and started a new configuration for Sonos.
There I think I found the problem, the hub can see the Sonos system but it is not able to recognise the names of the speakers. When you create a new action you can choose between to entries named „Sonos“.
Does anybody know a solution for this behaviour?
      I would appreciate any help

      Thanks
      Thomas

Can you please test the new Flic Hub fw 4.3.8 to see if you can now execute Sonos actions again?

Sonos has changed the format how they advertise the instance name in their mDNS records from "Sonos-38420B7D0C12@Name" to "RINCON_38420B7D0C1201400@Name". So... these names no longer match the documented format in their API documentation. Thanks, Sonos!

We will push a firmware update for the Hub shortly.

                    Same here, no longer working.
                    Big disappointment, Sonos 👎

We use the official Sonos integration. While we have used Sonos for almost ten years in our Flic office as well, they sadly really have become worse and worse for every year in almost every possible way; their app rating was down at 1.1 stars recently which is very remarkable for such a big company.
In any case, we will take a look tomorrow to see if they have rolled out a firmware update or something which causes issues.

To contact Customer Services about this, you need to go through Typeform procedure here: https://shortcutlabs.typeform.com/to/RVyFyZ?typeform-source=flic.io

I was searching through the settings and when I go to the provider settings on the flic appfor Sonos - oh wonder I get the names of my speakers. But when I go on the hub provider settings - there are no names and the speakers listed as sonos.
So I am more confused. So why are there different settings? Is support reading this?

I am so happy to have found this thread, I thought I was going crazy.
Mines not working either, maybe its an update on Sonos but I hope they can figure it out, this was the best thing for my 2 twists

Same here, all playlists gone. When I deleted & rediscovered my Speakers it called it "Sonos" not "Lounge"

I'm also having the same problem. Sonos integration has stopped working through the Hub.
