The issue is now fixed, flic pushed a new firmware to the Hub LR. It is now on version 4.2.13.

@kortenkamp Sonos is a very important feature for us. We have implemented "start sonos playlist" by the press of a Flic button. Unfortunately, the Sonos Control API that we use is quite limited and does not contain any way of interacting with 3rd party music services, including switching to a radio station, at least what I can see, so I'm not sure what we can do here.

If you have issued when playing Spotify on Sonos, you can refer to this article.
First of all, you maybe try to uninstall and install the Spotify app to see whether the issue could be fixed well.

Only way I found is to use spotify and go through Alexa.

Radio is also not possible as you can only start Sonos playlists.
The Spotify web connect also don't work as it won't let you see your Sonos speakers.

@marook Which kind of Sonos device do you have? The ones we test with at the office are Sonos Play: 1.

Hi! Sorry for a late response! Did you try reconnecting to the network your Sonos speakers are on and then restarting the Flic app (menu -> exit)?
Also, make sure your speakers are first configured in the Sonos app. In the Sonos app where all your speakers are listed, make sure the speaker you want to trigger doesn’t belong to a user.

I have the same problem. My flic cant fond my sonos players. I have a sonos amp and a play 1, both connected to the same wireless network that my iPhone who runs the flic app is. First i thought i EAs a network problem, but then i noticed that i can find my Philips hue on the same network. Any ideas?
