      I purchased flic in July 2016. I never really did anything with it except create an account. Now when I try to connect to it with my phone, it says "out of range." When I press the button for at least 7 seconds and press "download," it says "key not downloaded." I thought there was supposed to be a light when I pressed the button, but no light. I took the battery out and checked the battery and it still reads good. Any suggestions?

        Hi! You can try the following steps:

        1. Delete the Bluetooth pairing in your phone settings (if any)
        2. Delete the button from Flic app
        3. Factory re-set the button: remove the battery, wait like 10 seconds, then insert the battery while pressing the button at the same time and hold it in for ~15s and release.
