"could not connect" using IDE (myhub.flic.io)

  • When trying to use the IDE (myhub.flic.io) I see my hub listed but when I attempt to log in I get "could not connect". The IP address and password are filled in correctly.

    Maybe you could try another browser? We have tested Chrome and Firefox.

    And make sure you have turned on hubsdk access using the Flic app while being connected to the hub in the settings.

  • I'm having the same problem running version 3.0.9-h2.
    Sometimes the message reads something else, but it's hard to debug when the error handling has a timeout replacing anything meaningful with "Could not connect" within 5 seconds.
