I am trying to control one Sonos zone with a Flic 2 button. I have a total of 19 Sonos speaker setup of a combo of Amps, Arcs, Subs, Sonos 1s and even some Era 300s. All work fine from the Sonos app and I can even control them via Alexa.

However, when I try to set up an action for clicking a button on the Flic 2, it just says no devices found.

      Details:
iPhone 14 Pro running latest iOS.
      Flic app is up-to-date
All Sonos speakers and amps have latest firmware
1 Wifi network running on Eero Pro 6E

I've disabled 5ghz once but that did not help.

Support has not provided any recommendations to fix the problem. Before I return the bottom for a refund, anyone out here have any suggestions to try?

      Thanks!!!

@oskar Thanks for the suggestion. I tried that and the BT setting as well just to cover both bases. Turning them off and back on did not resolve the issue. I know I'm running something called SonosNet on my Sonos setup due to the amount of Sonos devices and the layout of my home. Are you aware of any issues with the Flic working in that configuration? Running out of ideas to try so let me know before I start a return process.

        Thanks

@jeff Hi! Sorry to hear about this! Could you check to verify that the Flic app has access to the local network? This can be done in iOS Settings -> Flic -> Trun on "Local network". If it is already turned on, could you try turning it off and back on again?
