      @wpjvanderven this is fixed in version 4.0.13 which should now be available on Google Play. If not, please wait for Google to roll out the new version.

        @Emil Hi Emil, just downloaded the latest version, but this issue still persists. Could you please give us an ETA on the solution?

          @jayst84 That's a different issue; however we found the cause for this and a fix has now been submitted to Google Play for review. ETA new app out tomorrow.

            @oskar Still not working for me. I can see my Smartthhings Scene when I click "manage" from Flic. But the Scenes just spin the loading circle forever on the main menu where I need to select it to assign to my Flic.

            Any ideas?

              @na51hog Hi!

              This issue has finally been resolved by SmartThings, authenticating should now work again!

              Sorry for the inconvenience!

                @Emil I am also having this exact issue. It will not link my Smartthings account, and it loops around forever. The entire reason I bought your product was to link to Smartthings. I bought the Mega Kit too. I'm sitting on 15 Flic buttons that can't control anything in my smarthome. Please help

                  We are currently in contact with Samsung to see if this can be fixed asap.

                    @na51hog I’ve just bought a new Flic starter kit and am having the same issue. Any resolution yet?

                      @na51hog I'm having exactly the same issue. Is there anything we can do? All my devices are on Smartthings so at the moment I'm not able to use Flic at all.

                      Looking at my Smartthings config I can't see anything unusual. All my Scenes are very straightforward and I can log into Smartthings on the web using the same credentials as I supplied to the Flic hub. It's a strange issue.

                        Hi,

                        Unfortunately we can not reproduce the issue. So in order to help you, we would need some additional information.

                        What settings do you have on your SmartThings account? What do your scenes look like? (What devices are added etc.) What is the serial number of your hub?

                        You can also send this information to support@flic.io.

                        With this information we hope we can reproduce it and help you with the solution.

                        Thanks for your help!

                            @na51hog Same situation here.
                            It looks like Flic application can't retrieve the access token the SmartThings's services.

                            Flic team, any update on this issue ?
