@kortenkamp Sonos is a very important feature for us. We have implemented "start sonos playlist" by the press of a Flic button. Unfortunately, the Sonos Control API that we use is quite limited and does not contain any way of interacting with 3rd party music services, including switching to a radio station, at least what I can see, so I'm not sure what we can do here.

It was an issue at our backend. It was fixed at 13:50 UTC today.

@emil I installed the Home+ 5 app. When I go through bridges and then display accessories, it works fine with the flic buttons. I think there are some bugs in the iOS 15.3 button/switch portions of the home app.

@emil hi there, having the same challenge as all the other posters where new, small Wemo outlets are not registering with flic (using iOS).

I've used the homekit workaround stated in this thread, but this is somewhat limiting - it won't support toggling, so you have to use different flic actions to turn on/off. (and I only have 1 action free in the couple of places I want to use these). Any update on when the iOS update is due?

@emil It works! I don't know if it was significant or not, but I logged out of the Flic App on all devices, and logged into another user account. Then I reset the Flic hub, first by pushing the reset button for about 13 seconds. The orange light went out completely. Then I power cycled it, and held the reset button for another 4-5 seconds until it started blinking. Added Flic 2 and enabled Homekit support. I don't know what made it work this time, but I suspect that the new user account forced the app to ask for new network permissions. At least that's my qualified guess 🙂

@balcony-taka What happens if you completely remove them from the Flic app and re-scan them? You will need to remove the actions on the buttons as well and add them back.

Hi. I have applied the patch you linked to and built a new firmware for Flic Hub LR.

@akiraK @yea @Djelibeybi please give me the serial numbers of your hubs so I can assign the new firmware if you want to test it, to see if the patch works.

Hi. You could try to ask this question on some Apple forum since we do not have knowledge about this. We know how to deliver button events to Homekit but then it's up to Apple how the rest works.

If you're lucky maybe some Flic user that knows something will answer here.

How do you find the response time using HA?

I currently have a few FLIC buttons using Alexa integration to manage lights when we don't feel like talking to Alexa. The initial lag can be a few seconds, which while not horrible isn't instantaneous.

Granted, it does take as long to say "Alexa, turn on the sink light" and have it illuminate as it does to click the button and have the light illuminate. Turning it off and on in the HA dashboard is instantaneous though.

@flic-v not sure exactly what you did but if you set a custom password through the app, this should override the password on the back.

@oskaremilsson yup. Erm. So.. this is awkward.
The phones BLE scanner must have gotten stuck in some bad state.
A restart of the phone worked 🤦‍♂️

Didn't cross my mind that the issue could be that deep into the system.
      As a dev I should've tested that as #1 though 🙃

      Thanks, and sorry! 😅
