      Hi there.
I received the new Flic Hub this morning.
I can sort of get it working, but I am having a very frustrating issue and cannot find any instructions for resolving.

After connecting to the hub, I receive a iOS Alert within the flic app saying:

"Could not add user to Hub
Could not register your user with the Hub.
Some actions like IFTTT, Zapier and Flow might not work as expected.
Please make sure your phone has Internet connection and connect to the Hub again to solve this issue."

Well, my phone does have internet connection. And bluetooth is on.
And the hub has both ethernet and WiFi connection.

But nothing changes and I get this alert every single time I open the app.

Any advice on how I can solve this and be fully connected?

(I have tried a full reset of the hub, but this didn't change anything).

      Thanks for your help.

I get the same error message on my hub that just arrived today. App is at the latest version, I've tried resetting the hub, and creating a new account. Nothing seems to fix it. I'm also not able to add it to homekit("since it is not registered on in our system").

Any ideas about how to fix this?
          My hub serial is HBACG45-41937

@jonasnordstrom our beta hubs are not available for cloud functionality yet. We will release this functionality later in August.

@Emil I’m getting the error where it says…

                    Could not register your user
                    with the Hub. Some actions
                    like IFTTT, Zapier and Flow
                    might not work as…

                    HBACFO1-34197

                    I’m on an iPhone

I am having this same error with my new hub and the iOS app. I suspect this why the Alexa integration is not working. Any suggestions for getting past this?

                        Thanks

                          Hi @Emil ,
Thank you. I confirmed at the site visit and this was not our problem. We just weren't connected to the wifi. Thank you for looking into it!

                            Hello,

Yes, you're right, it was "HBABC51-15413".

I'm pretty sure that it's the same problem. It only happens on the iOS Flic app, not the Android one. It happens after we try to log in, we've confirmed that the password is correct. We have someone going in for a site visit today and I can try to confirm the exact wording of the error message.

@dev-0 Are you sure you have the exact same issue as in the original question?

The hubs you listed should work, except for HBABC50-15413, which does not exist in our backend. Are you sure you don't mean HBABC51-15413?

Actually, just in case this is a problem at any of our other client locations, could you please also do the following Hubs?
                                HBABC51-15603
                                HBABC51-15333
                                HBABC51-15555
                                HBABC50-15208
                                HBABC50-15413
                                HBABC51-15350

                                Thank you!

I am also having this issue with hubs:
                                  HBABC51-15456
                                  HBABC51-15566
                                  HBABC51-15462

Could you please do whatever you need to to get it working again? This is at one of our client locations. Thank you.
