I'm thinking her 'travel Flic' that she has clipped to her purse could be set so that long press would 'snooze' the pill alarm for 60 minutes. So if she is away from the house it wouldn't continue to go off every 10 minutes but would still keep reminding until she is back home and takes the pills.

I'll look into the workflow a bit and see, if I can somehow store the requests with a timestamp, at then batch execute them whenever I unlock my phone 🙂
