I want my flic button connected to the hub, not to the phone.
So is there a manual on how to write an application for the hub and how to install it on the hub?

The bug that it fails to connect to the hub is something that started to appear in iOS 14 that some customers have reported. We ourselves have not been able to reproduce the issue so we don't know what could be the cause. We're working on updating the app with some more logging to try to figure out the reason.

For the button that doesn't light up, let's continue the discussion in the support ticket you also sent. My guess is that it's out of battery for some reason.

This is now working (at least I can program my flic2 to do this through the app on iPad) along with Mouse and Keyboard commands

@karajito did you look at the hub API beta for to integrate with home assistant?

Hi, can you confirm that the new Mac App has been releases that does support the Flic2 button?
I have just received a Flic button which I can connect to my iPhone but doesn't connect to the Mac application (I am running Flic version 2.04)

A Flic can only be connected to one device at a time. Our function "find my phone" uses Bluetooth. When you click the Flic, it connects to the first device that reacts (if disconnected) and triggers the function. So no you cannot have on click find phone 1 and on double click find phone 2.

We support Lifx light bulbs. I'm not sure how you mean that our flic 2 button support the lifx button. Both are buttons. A button can't trigger a button, right?

@Emil I was wondering whether the issue of migrating buttons between Flics has made any progress? Also still keen to understand what the barrier is, as asked below.

@Emil Thanks, I got it to work now. I had to open the flic app and execute the action manually from within the app. Then it will asks for Local Network permissions.
I checked the iOS settings before, but apparently the Local Network switch there only appears after it was requested within the app.
