      Hi @Emil ,
Thank you. I confirmed at the site visit and this was not our problem. We just weren't connected to the wifi. Thank you for looking into it!

@Emil said in "Could not add user to Hub" - Not working and persistent alert in iOS App. Please help.:

        15413

        Hello,

Yes, you're right, it was "HBABC51-15413".

I'm pretty sure that it's the same problem. It only happens on the iOS Flic app, not the Android one. It happens after we try to log in, we've confirmed that the password is correct. We have someone going in for a site visit today and I can try to confirm the exact wording of the error message.

@dev-0 Are you sure you have the exact same issue as in the original question?

The hubs you listed should work, except for HBABC50-15413, which does not exist in our backend. Are you sure you don't mean HBABC51-15413?

Actually, just in case this is a problem at any of our other client locations, could you please also do the following Hubs?
            HBABC51-15603
            HBABC51-15333
            HBABC51-15555
            HBABC50-15208
            HBABC50-15413
            HBABC51-15350

            Thank you!

I am also having this issue with hubs:
              HBABC51-15456
              HBABC51-15566
              HBABC51-15462

Could you please do whatever you need to to get it working again? This is at one of our client locations. Thank you.

@Emil HBABC49-15173 is what is on the back of my Hub LR next to Serial Number. Also the LED likes to stay solid Yellow sometimes which is interesting. Issue is still there today.

@Emil I am running into this exact same issue with my new Flic Hub LR and resettings/troubleshooting has lead nowhere any possibility you can fix it for my hub as well? Thank you. I really just want to get my IFTTT connection reestablished.

                                          Hi
                                          Thanks for the reply.
That seems to have solved the problem - the alert and connection issue seem to have gone away.

                                          Now the only problems are:

                                          1. Incredibly slow to connect to the hub from phone app - if it does at all. Often connection simply fails.
                                          2. Regularly hanging of the app when connecting to the hub.
                                          3. Very very very slow to load the Provider page when adding actions.
                                          4. Very long lag between button clicks and the action happening
                                          5. Buttons not correctly responding to number of clicks - e.g. two clicks triggers the single click action.

At the moment, my feeling is that this all works better with just my phone. The hub has not added anything, and just made things worse.

Other than that, everything is great!
